Who we are

AUTERA Sites is operated by AUTERA, LLC (“AUTERA,” “we,” “us”). Among our services, we provide a review service that local-trades contractors (“clients”) use to request Google reviews from their own customers via SMS and email.

What we collect

  • Customer contact data (name, phone, email) provided by our contractor clients about their own customers, in order to send review requests on the contractor’s behalf.
  • Message delivery data (sent, delivered, clicked, failed) returned by our SMS and email providers after a message is sent.
  • Feedback a customer voluntarily submits via the review request landing page (rating, comment).
  • Account data (email, hashed password) for users who log in to our software.

SMS & email consent

Phone numbers and email addresses are provided to AUTERA by our contractor clients, who warrant that they obtained TCPA-compliant consent from the customer at the point of service (e.g., during a service appointment) to receive a follow-up message about that service.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data — including phone numbers and consent records — is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information is used solely to deliver review request messages on behalf of the contractor who collected it.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any SMS to be permanently removed from all messages (including follow-ups and future campaigns) from any contractor. Reply HELP for assistance. For email, click the unsubscribe link in any message footer. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Who we share data with

We share customer contact data only with the infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service: Supabase (database + auth), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google (Places API for review monitoring), and Netlify (hosting). Each is contractually bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We retain customer contact and message delivery data for as long as the contractor client’s account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and audit purposes. Opted-out numbers and emails are retained as suppression records to ensure ongoing compliance with opt-out requests.

Your rights

If you are a customer who has received a message from us and want to access, correct, or delete data about you, email notifications@autera.us and we will route the request to the contractor who provided your information.
