Is the star routing actually legal?
Yes. Every customer still gets a path to leave a public Google review if they choose — the 1-3 star path just gives unhappy customers a way to reach you before it becomes a public review. This is disclosed in the SMS and is standard practice. We don't gate or block public reviews.
What if I don't have a past customer list?
No problem. Every new customer goes through the same automated flow. The reactivation just accelerates the early lift if you do have a list. Even 100 names is enough to see a jump in the first 30 days.
